BEGINNER BASICS

This class introduces foundational tumbling skills, focusing on strength, coordination, and body awareness. Athletes develop proper form while learning basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and beginner-level floor movements. Perfect for athletes starting their tumbling journey.

WALKOVERS

Walkovers builds confidence and flexibility while progressing athletes through the mechanics of front and back walkovers. Classes emphasize proper technique, body control, and strength to safely execute skills while preparing for more advanced tumbling sequences.

BHS

Back handsprings is for athletes who have mastered beginner back handsprings and are refining consistency, speed, and form. Emphasis is on connecting multiple skills, proper technique, and preparing for advanced tumbling combinations.

ADVANCED TUMBLING

Advanced Tumbling is designed for experienced athletes ready to perform complex skills and combinations. Classes focus on high-level flips, twists, and passes while emphasizing precision, strength, flexibility, and safe progression toward competitive-level tumbling.
